Oaty Chocolatey Warm Smoothie

 Servings:  1 person  

Ingredients:
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup oats
  • ½ ripe banana
  • 6 almonds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cold water

Directions:
1) Lightly warm up the almond milk in the microwave until it’s roughly room temperature. Typically around 30 seconds or so.
2) Add all ingredients to blender.
3) Blend for 1 minute.
4) Serve and enjoy!
