Hazelnut Milk

 Servings:  4 people  

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Hazelnuts
  • 3 cups Water
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions:
1. Soak the hazelnuts in water overnight.
2. Rinse thoroughly before popping them into the blender.
3.Add the water, salt, and your choice of sweetener.
4. Blend on high for 2 minutes.
5. Strain it with a nut milk bag or a clean cloth/rag.
6. Store in a sealable container in the fridge for up to five days.
