Combine dry pastry ingredients well. Using a fork, mix in oil or butter. If it isn't sticking together, add just the teensiest amount of water to make it stick. Press the dough thinly onto a flan plate, with approx. 1/2" sides.
In a separate bowl, mix together the honey, orange juice and sugar.
Arrange the fruit slices evenly in the shell (artistically is always nice!) and pour the glaze mixture over top.
Bake at 400 for 25 min.
