Our story begins in 1895 in a small village in Deux-Sèvres, in Poitou-Charentes. 80 goat breeders decide one day to come together to found the SOIGNON dairy and transform their goat milk into cheese. Since then, generations of breeders have crossed the centuries, our cooperative has grown considerably, but our mission has not changed. 125 years later, our authenticity and our know-how are still intact and the quality of our milk is proof of this. Today as yesterday, we want to continue to awaken your senses with ever tastier cheese and dairy products!
