In the summer of 2003, Barry Novick and his family created an All Parmesan Gourmet Wafer Crisps in their home at theirr Kitchen Table. They began by making one small batch, so they could have something to eat that would satisfy that need for crunch without shying away from taste. They soon let their friends in on their little secret, and began making larger and larger batches. Soon they were going store to store, leaving samples with our phone number. Before long their phones began to ring.
