All Mclean Meat products are preservative free. No nitrate, nitrite, phosphate, or traditional meat preservatives are added in the processing of our meat and only the leanest cuts are used. Mclean Meats' products are made from certified organic & specialty livestock that is non-medicated and fed a 100% vegetarian diet. All products are made fresh weekly.

Mclean Meats’ farms are primarily family operated businesses, run by people who nurture their animals and their land, and who believe in producing meat naturally.

Mclean Meats’ certified organic Turkeys are raised 'free run', consume 100% organic feed diet, and are non-medicated.

Mclean Meats’ pigs are raised outdoors where they can roam and root within their pasture. They are raised on sustainable family farms and are non-medicated.

Mclean Meats’ certified organic beef is grown on sustainable land without the use of growth producing hormones or antibiotics. Cows consume 100% organically grown feed, free from animal bi-products.

All organically raised cattle must have access to pasture, exercise areas, outdoors, fresh air and direct sunlight.
