SOTA gets its name from where it was born, the SOuthern TAblelands. Located in Tropical Far North Queensland, it is home to the world’s oldest rainforests, rolling hills, pure mountain air and untamed natural beauty. Inspired by our region, all SOTA's ingredients are sustainably sourced. We either grow the fruit on our family farm or source from local Queensland farmers to create Australia's best tasting sparkling water.
