Ingredients:
  • 2 cups watermelon, diced and seeded
  • 2 mini cucumbers, seeded, diced
  • 1/2 mango, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper chopped
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 4 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 4 fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 4 cilantro stems with leaves, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
