Named after New Zealand's national bird, the Kiwi fruit is an excellent source of Vitamin C. Unripe kiwi can be stored in the fridge for months. To ripen kiwi place in a brown paper bag on the counter. Once ripe, kiwi should be returned to the fridge. This fruit has recently been harvested, so may be slightly underripe at the time of delivery.
