Orange Walnut Chard Salad

Ingredients:
- 3-4 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 bunch Chard, washed & rinsed
- 1 Orange, peeled & seeded
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 2 Tbs. Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbs. Sesame seeds, optional

Directions:
1)Wash the chard by immersing in cold water and swishing gently. Spin dry in a salad spinner or wrap in a clean tea towel and pat dry. Tear into bite-size pieces and set into a serving bowl.
2)Place the entire peeled orange into the blender and puree. Add the balsamic vinegar and oil and blend well. Season with a little freshly ground black pepper, if desired. Pour over the clean, torn chard pieces and toss salad well. Sprinkle with walnuts and sesame seeds, and place into serving bowls.
