Falafels in Fifteen

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- Pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- coconut oil

Directions:
1)Starting with the chickpeas and pumpkin seeds, mix all the ingredients in your blender.
2)Roll into balls or patties.
3)Pan fry in coconut oil, or put in the oven at 350 degrees until brown. I like to dehydrate mine at 120 degrees over night.
